WW Data Center Campus
Project WW is a hyperscale data center campus in Taiwan, offering up to 80 MW of IT load capacity with a target completion in 2027. The project has secured power supply from Taipower ahead of the power moratorium in Northern Taiwan.

Overview
Project WW is a hyperscale data center campus located in Greater Taipei, Taiwan, with capacity to deliver up to 80 MW of IT load. Strategically positioned 30 minutes from central Taipei, the project sits within one of Asia’s most critical technology and semiconductor hubs.
WW represents an attractive large-scale digital infrastructure in Northern Taiwan, where new data center development is constrained by power availability. The project has secured power capacity prior to the implementation of Taiwan’s data center power moratorium, positioning it as one of the last scalable sites in the region.
The campus is designed to support hyperscaler requirements forming a key component of next-generation digital infrastructure in Asia.
Development
The project is being developed by an Asia-Pacific Data Center developer that we have partnered with, specializing in integrating digital infrastructure with low-carbon energy solutions.
Our partner has advanced Project WW through several critical development milestones:
-
Secured freehold land in Greater Taipei with phased campus development potential
-
Signed a long term lease commitment with a global CSP
-
Executed construction contracts covering both data center buildings and substation infrastructure
-
Secured key utilities, including fiber connectivity, water supply, and power supply
-
Secured attractive project financing
These milestones significantly de-risk the project and enable efficient execution toward construction and delivery.

INFRASTRUCTURE & SUSTAINABILITY CONSIDERATIONS
WW is designed to deliver resilient, efficient, and future-ready infrastructure:
-
Integration of high-capacity power infrastructure to support hyperscale requirements
-
Redundant fiber connectivity to ensure network reliability
-
Consideration of efficient cooling and water usage, aligned with Taiwan’s resource constraints
-
Alignment with our development partner’s strategy of integrating low-carbon energy solutions with digital infrastructure
These features position the project to meet both operational performance requirements and evolving ESG expectations.
